Yesterday, I introduced readers to the 15 states that have been producing the most prep basketball talent in the past decade or so. Today, let the arguments begin with the power rankings of these states and you can see exactly what state is home to the most elite basketball talent in this day and age. It was a tough decision for me on many of these rankings, and I am sure there will be some debate with my selections. Remember…my rankings only included players from the graduating class of 1998 forward.
