Recruiting: Drummond Likes Seven
According to Zagsblog and his high school coach at St Thomas Jere Quinn 2012 Andre Drummond is looking at seven and it seems those seven might even be his final seven. The 6-foot-10 Drummond is ranked No 1 by some in the 2012 class is considered the No 1 pick in the 2013 NBA draft.
Here goes the list of seven schools that Quinn gave and what Drummond had to say about his list.
“Louisville, Kentucky, West Virginia, Connecticut, Pitt, North Carolina and Georgetown,” Quinn said. “No one else is even talking to him.
“I don’t think anybody else is coming in.”
“Everybody is moving at the same pace right now,” added Drummond, who has added bulk to his once-spindly frame.
“I don’t have a list. Honestly, my Mom knows all that stuff. I’m not really focused on that. I’m staying focused on working hard and I’m just trying to enjoy being a kid.”
Whoever lands Drummond is going to get an absolute stud and most likely the No 1 pick in the 2013 draft.
